Display boxes can be put to a multitude of uses, but
most often they are used for presenting jewelry. Small plastic boxes are great
for showing rings and other tiny pieces, whereas a three-layer display case can
easily accommodate lots of earrings, rings, bracelets and necklaces.
Compact plastic
presentation boxes with stacked layers and removable drawers are
designed to provide more space, and often they come with a mirror as well to
make them more effective.
You can also use a larger case made of durable
plastic to organize all your jewelry and cosmetics in one place. Other boxes
feature more unusual shapes, such as a plastic flower to hold and display your
makeup brushes and cosmetics; the pretty design is great for presentation
purposes.
Showcasing
sports paraphernalia
Sports fans will also find a use for these
presentation boxes. A smaller case measuring 3-1/4 x 3-1/4 inches makes the
perfect display box for a baseball or hockey puck. These cases usually have
clear acrylic covers, and come with or without a stand. Display cases with a
capacity to hold more than one ball are usually made of glass and have a wooden
stand. You can also use such a box to display miniature collectibles, craft
projects, and even flowers.
There are also larger boxes for displaying your
collectible sports cap and protecting it at the same time from dust. Just
choose a case with slanted sides that is made from archival-quality board and
clear plastic to make sure it is acid and lignin-free, and with metal edges so
that the corners are adhesive-free.
Remember that a high quality box provides safe
long-term storage for your collectibles. Read labels carefully, though, because
most of the times, clear lids offer no protection against UV light.
